MBB Group is looking for a full-time, in-house Photographer / Videographer / Editor to join our team.

We run a multi‑brand sports and performance ecosystem across Jakarta — training facilities, padel, HYROX, and more. There's a lot to shoot, and we want it shot properly.

What you’ll do:

• Capture training, events, athletes, facilities, and lifestyle content across our brands.
• Edit short‑form for social and longer‑form for brand and internal projects.
• Own the visual output across the group end‑to‑end.
• Travel domestically and internationally with the team when needed.

What we’re looking for:

• The highest standard in artistry and professionalism. We’re not looking for good. We’re looking for the person whose work makes other creatives stop and ask who shot it. Reliable on set, obsessive in the edit, uncompromising on the final frame.
• A genuine sports fan. This is non‑negotiable. You should know what a tiebreak feels like, why the last 500m of a HYROX hurts the most, what makes a good walk‑out. If sports don’t move you, the work won’t either.
• A genuine all‑rounder — strong on stills, motion, and post.
• A reel that holds tension and tells a story, not just pretty frames.
• Comfortable embedded in real conditions — long days, early calls, no babysitting needed.
• Based anywhere — what matters is you can travel and deliver.
