• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or social media design.
• Understanding of digital marketing, branding, copywriting and social media.
• Familiarity with Instagram content design.
• High attention to detail and design aesthetics.
• Ability to translate design briefs into static and motion visuals with audio.

Responsabilidades

• Develop concepts and create well-designed artworks (IG Feed, IG Story, Digital Banner, etc.).
• Manage content calendar and create content (graphics, videos, and copy) for social channels, ensuring alignment with guidelines and local trends.
• Translate design briefs into visual outcomes, both static and motion with audio.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote the brand, products, and campaigns.
• Develop captions, short stories, and copy that engage and inspire.
• Research trends and understand the target audience to optimize content; conduct benchmarking, social listening, and competitor analysis.
• Drive follower growth and engagement through creative and interactive content.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Develop concepts and create well-designed artworks (IG Feed, IG Story, Digital Banner, etc.)
• Manage content calendar, create and content (including graphics, videos, and copy) to share on social media channels, ensure every content aligned with guidelines and local market trends
• Able to translate design briefs into a visual outcome, both static & motion with audio
• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote the brand, products, and campaigns.
• Develop captions, short stories, and copy that engage and inspire
• Research trends and understand the target audience to optimize content and Conduct benchmarking, social media listening, and competitor analysis to improve performance
• Drive follower growth and engagement through creative and interactive content

REQUIREMENT :

• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, social media design or a relevant role
• Deep understanding about digital marketing, branding, copywriting and social media
• Familiarity with Social Media Content Design (ie. Instagram).
• High attention to detail and design aesthetics.
• Able to translate design briefs into a visual outcome, both static & motion with audio.
• Good sense in arts, active-proactive, creative and flexible
• Ability the thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
