Job summary

PT DECA is a dynamic design and build company focused on Structures, Architecture and interiors since 2011. This Creative Designer role involves developing innovative visuals for digital and social campaigns, translating briefs into engaging visuals, and ensuring brand identity across outputs.

You will collaborate with marketing and production teams, stay ahead of design trends, and deliver high-quality visuals for fast-paced projects with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, branding and campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts and visual designs for digital, social media, key visuals, campaigns, branding, marketing materials, and other creative needs.

• Develop and execute creative concepts and visual designs for digital, social media, key visuals, campaigns, branding, marketing materials, and other creative needs.
• Translate creative briefs, marketing objectives, and brand strategies into strong, relevant, and engaging visual communication.
• Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with each brand's visual identity, positioning, and communication guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Social Media, Production, and other related teams to deliver effective creative solutions.
• Provide creative input and visual recommendations during brainstorming and campaign development.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Stay updated with current design trends, visual culture, social media trends, and creative industry developments, while maintaining relevance to the brand.
• Minimum 1 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, preferably within a creative agency, beauty/FMCG brand, lifestyle brand, or fast-paced creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, branding, campaign development, and digital/social media design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video, photography, AI creative tools, or 3D design is a plus.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, hierarchy, and branding principles.
• Able to develop creative ideas beyond execution and translate concepts into compelling visual directions.
• Strong attention to detail and high visual quality standards.
• Able to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
