Job summary

PT DECA is a dynamic design and build company focused on Structures, Architecture and interiors since 2011. This Creative Designer role involves developing innovative visuals for digital and social campaigns, translating briefs into engaging visuals, and ensuring brand identity across outputs.

You will collaborate with marketing and production teams, stay ahead of design trends, and deliver high-quality visuals for fast-paced projects with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, branding and campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts and visual designs for digital, social media, key visuals, campaigns, branding, marketing materials, and other creative needs.
• Translate briefs, objectives and brand strategies into strong, relevant visual communication.
• Ensure outputs are consistent with each brand's identity and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Social Media, Production and other teams to deliver creative solutions.
• Provide input and visual recommendations during brainstorming and campaign development.
• Manage multiple projects with quality and timely delivery.
