The role requires a proactive designer with a strong portfolio, proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, and an eye for typography, color, and composition.

• Experience in beauty/FMCG brands is a plus.

• Develop and execute creative concepts and visual designs for digital, social media, key visuals, campaigns, branding, marketing materials, and other creative needs.
• Translate creative briefs, marketing objectives, and brand strategies into strong, relevant, and engaging visual communication.
• Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with each brand's visual identity, positioning, and communication guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Social Media, Production, and other related teams to deliver effective creative solutions.
• Provide creative input and visual recommendations during brainstorming and campaign development.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Stay updated with current design trends, visual culture, social media trends, and creative industry developments, while maintaining relevance to the brand.
• Minimum 1 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, preferably within a creative agency, beauty/FMCG brand, lifestyle brand, or fast-paced creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, branding, campaign development, and digital/social media design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video, photography, AI creative tools, or 3D design is a plus.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, hierarchy, and branding principles.
• Able to develop creative ideas beyond execution and translate concepts into compelling visual directions.
• Strong attention to detail and high visual quality standards.
• Able to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
