PT Mastering Prima Abadi in Jakarta seeks a talented graphic designer to craft visual concepts for retail campaigns, promotions, product launches, and store openings. You will design for in-store and digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality production across POSM, signage, packaging, and social media.
The role requires 4–5 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio in retail and consumer brands, and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Develop creative concepts and visual designs for retail campaigns, promotions, product launches, store openings, and seasonal activities.
Design visual materials for in-store and digital channels, including POSM, signage, displays, posters, banners, packaging, social media, and e-commerce.
Translate marketing briefs into engaging, commercially effective, and sales-driven visual concepts.
Ensure brand consistency across stores, campaigns, and communication channels.
Support visual needs for store openings, renovations, pop-ups, exhibitions, events, and retail activations.
Manage the creative process from concept and design execution to final artwork and production.
Collaborate with Marketing, Retail Operations, E-commerce, Business Development, and external vendors.
Conduct quality checks on printed and installed materials to ensure design and brand standards.
Manage multiple projects and campaign timelines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Provide creative guidance and feedback to junior designers when required.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication design (DKV), multimedia, or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in retail, F&B, lifestyle, consumer brands, or creative agencies.
Strong portfolio covering retail campaigns, branding, POSM, digital content, and print materials.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, branding, and visual hierarchy.
Good knowledge of print production, final artwork, sizing, and materials.
Experience with POSM, store signage, promotional displays, packaging, or other retail visuals is preferred.
Motion graphics/video editing skills (After Effects/Premiere Pro) are an advantage.
Creative, commercially aware, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
