Job summary

You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, lead teams, and collaborate with regional leaders and expatriate stakeholders to ensure alignment with governance standards and corporate priorities.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting greenfield projects, plant setup or startup operations.
• Experience across diverse manufacturing sectors.
• Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders and navigate complex organizations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
