Country Controller Manager (Payments, Lending & Insurance)

The Country Controller Manager will be part of the Indonesia finance organization within the controllership department, reporting to the Head, Country Controller. The department is responsible for all controllership and accounting matters, including financial statements and strategic finance partnerships with various business teams.

The role will focus on finance services, including lending, payment, and insurance, with exposure to other business lines. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring financial statement accuracy and compliance for lending, payment, and insurance
• Presenting financial statements and analysis to the Indonesia CFO and other business leaders
• Managing external financial reporting, including to regulators
• Collaborating with business, finance, tech, and product teams as a finance business partner
• Leading the finalization of audited financial statements for lending, payments, and insurance entities

Qualifications for the role include:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in banking, insurance, or multi-finance
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Experience with accounting software, such as Oracle
• Analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
