Job summary
PT China Road And Bridge Construction Indonesia (Batam) is seeking a skilled Project Cost Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic construction team. The successful candidate will prepare detailed cost estimates, perform quantity surveys, and provide financial insights to support profitability and strategic decisions.
Responsibilities include budgeting, cost control, tender preparation, and collaboration with project management, engineering, and procurement.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia required.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in cost estimation or quantity surveying in construction.
- Knowledge of Indonesian market costs, Batam region, and tender processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Conduct quantity surveys and BOQ calculations for tender submissions.
- Analyze material and labour costs and obtain supplier quotes.
- Review tender documents and identify cost implications and risks.
- Prepare cost breakdowns by trade and schedule phase for budgeting.
