Job summary

Novotel Jakarta Cikini, located in Central Jakarta, seeks an experienced Finance/Accounting professional for the Food & Beverage department. You will support planning, control processes, and monthly stock counts, delivering accurate accounting data and timely reports. The role requires a Diploma in Finance/Accounting and at least 2 years in a hotel setting.

Proficiency in MS Office and FutureLog is essential. English fluency, leadership and a customer-service mindset are required.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and control processes for F&B with analytical reports.
• Organize monthly stock counts and variance analyses.
• Prepare accounting data and ensure financial statement accuracy.
• Submit all financial and statistical reports on time.
• Monitor inventory movements and prepare consumption reports.
• Maintain cost, inventory and reporting in FutureLog system.
• Update menu recipes and establish standard costs.
• Conduct competitor cost analyses and comparisons.
• Prepare P&L analyses for events and organizations.
• Generate efficiency reports from POS data.
• Monitor waste, breakage and loss.
• Calculate potential food costs versus actual results.
• Support budgeting and strategic planning.
• Ensure HACCP and basic food safety compliance in store operations.

Job Description

• Support the planning and control processes of the Food & Beverage department by providing management with analytical tools and reports.
• Organize monthly stock counts, perform warehouse reconciliations, and conduct variance analyses.
• Prepare accounting data and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
• Ensure all financial and statistical reports are prepared and submitted on time.
• Monitor monthly inventory movements, prepare consumption reports, and perform system entries.
• Maintain the accuracy and up-to-date status of cost, inventory, and reporting processes within the FutureLog logistic system.
• Update menu recipes and establish standard costs.
• Conduct competitor analysis and cost comparisons.
• Prepare profit and loss analyses for special events and organizations.
• Generate efficiency and performance reports based on points of sale.
• Monitor and report waste, breakage, and loss.
• Calculate potential food costs and compare them with actual results.
• Support budgeting processes and strategic planning.
• Monitor store operations to ensure carried out in accordance with HACCP standards and Basic Food Safety guidelines.
  

Qualifications
