Job summary

PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. is seeking a Finance Cost Controller to monitor stock mutations, analyze COGS movements, and ensure cost policies are applied across outlets and warehouses in Jakarta.

You will train store staff, generate weekly/monthly cost reports, and support audits while coordinating with Stock Keeper PICs and Store Managers for emerging issues. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• 2 years of work experience in related field preferred.
• Must have spoken and written English.
• Excellent data management and data analysis skills.
• Understanding cost control, budgeting, and accounting program.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring stock mutations at outlets and warehouses in the system, and coordinating related issues regarding stock mutations.
• Review the movement of the cost of goods sold (%) and its analysis.
• Monitoring inventory price movements.
• Ensuring that all departments can effectively implement every cost control policy and procedure.
• Conducting system training for relevant store employees.
• Analyzing Stock Opname based on the results of stock opname from each store.
• Coordinating with Stock Keeper PICs and Store Managers or MODs for any emerging issues.
• Ensuring that the addition of new Product Masters & new BOMs is correct and added to the system promptly.
• Generating weekly and monthly cost control reports and other reports to support relevant divisions.
• Ensuring all documents/Memos are complete and well-preserved.
• Assisting in providing necessary data support for both External and Internal Audits
