Job summary

PT Arenes Boga Sejahtera is a Food & Beverage restaurant company based in Jakarta Selatan that is growing and committed to quality, service and memorable culinary experiences. We are seeking a dedicated Cost Control professional to monitor costs and optimize COGS to support operations.

The role involves analyzing food and beverage costs, maintaining stock opname, and coordinating with operations and finance teams to implement cost-control measures. This is a full-time on-site position in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Cost Control Supervisor or similar in F&B/Hospitality.
• Understanding of food cost, beverage cost, inventory control, and stock opname.
• Experience in COGS analysis and operational cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities.
• Willing to work mobile when required.

About you
