Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required with GPA 3.00 or higher.
• 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles is essential.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills are required.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly and year-end closing activities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform cost reviews, standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory movement analysis.
• Review production orders and finished goods to ensure accurate product costing.
• Conduct stock reviews, including physical stock counts and inventory movement analysis.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and reports for all accounting activities.
