Job summary

PT. Central Mega Kencana is seeking a Cost Accountant to lead monthly analysis of production costs, variances, and cost of goods manufactured. The role focuses on accuracy and insight to improve financial performance.

The successful candidate will implement Activity-Based Costing, monitor material usage and losses, and prepare cost reports to support management decisions while contributing to ISO 9001:2015 compliance and team development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly analysis of production output, manufacturing costs, and cost variances.
• Prepare Activity-Based Costing (ABC) calculations and evaluate production cost efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze raw material consumption, inventory shrinkage, and manufacturing losses.
• Perform Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM), margin, variance, and profitability analysis.
• Prepare accurate cost accounting journal entries and support monthly financial closing activities.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and expenditure monitoring, including asset purchases.
• Generate cost, pricing, and profitability reports to support management decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Controller team to identify cost reduction and operational efficiency opportunities.
• Support the implementation and compliance of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements.
• Contribute to team development through coaching, mentoring, and operational support.
