Job summary

PT PHC Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking a Cost Accounting Supervisor to strengthen financial controls and support cost accuracy in an electronics manufacturing environment. You will lead cost analysis and partner with operations to optimize pricing and spend.

• Able to determine COGS and COGM.
• Experience in price setting and variance analysis.
• Strong leadership and teamwork.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Review and validate all financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop detailed financial forecasts including revenue, expenses, and cash flows.
• Monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity for operations and investments.
• Oversee end-to-end accounting cycle: journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, financial statements.
• Maintain tax records for income, sales, and payroll taxes.

• Conduct thorough reviews and validations of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop detailed financial forecasts, including revenue projections, expense budgets, and cash flow estimates, to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs and strategic investments.
• Oversee the end-to-end accounting cycle, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, trial balance preparation, and financial statement generation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related transactions, including income, sales, and payroll taxes.

Requirement:

• Graduate bachelor's degree in accounting
• Experience min 3 Years as Cost Accounting Supervisor in Electronics Manufacturing
• Able to determine the COGS and COGM
• Have experience to control price setting and variance analyze
• Strong Leadership and Teamwork
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
