Job summary

Karya Cipta Solusi Internasional is seeking a diligent Legal Staff to oversee corporate documents and ensure compliance for daily operations in Jakarta. You will manage deeds, permits, and licensing, and collaborate with all departments to secure necessary approvals.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Law, has at least 1 year in FMCG/Distributor/Manufacturing, and is fluent in English. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is preferred to draft and review agreements and reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Law required; professional license not specified.
Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG/Distributor/Manufacturing as Legal Staff; fresh graduates welcome.
Knowledge of corporate law, contract management and negotiations, licensing; litigation experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English is a must.

Responsibilities

Manage all company legal documents (company deed and operational permit)
Contacting, drafting, and review.
Prepare and review cooperation documents, contracts, MOUs, etc.
Coordinate with all departments for legal document needs required for company operation
Assist in the process of applying for permits required by the company
Liaise with relevant agencies/officials to coordinate company interests
Assist in the process of handling compliance and litigation matter
