MilikiRumah is seeking a highly analytical Corporate Finance & Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will support FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, modelling, and management reporting, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years FP&A/Corporate Finance experience encouraged.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for calculations, data analysis, reporting.
• Familiarity with OPEX, CAPEX, EBITDA, cash flow, and profitability analysis.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support annual and quarterly budgeting, financial forecasting, and planning activities.
• Analyze revenue, OPEX, CAPEX, EBITDA, profitability, and KPI dashboards.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, liquidity analysis, and working capital monitoring.
• Produce weekly and monthly management reports and performance updates.
• Assist with business and product analytics for SaaS and Rent-to-Own models.

MilikiRumah is looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and business-minded Corporate Finance & Business Analyst to join our growing team.

In this role, you will support financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, business performance monitoring, and management reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights, evaluate business opportunities, and support data-driven strategic decisions.

We welcome fresh graduates, candidates with relevant internship experience, and early-career professionals with up to 3 years of experience who demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, financial knowledge, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Requirement

Job Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Support annual and quarterly budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Prepare budget-versus-actual analysis and identify significant financial variances.

Develop financial models, projections, and scenario analyses to support business decisions.

2. Business Performance & Financial Analysis

Analyse revenue, OPEX, CAPEX, EBITDA, profitability, and other key financial indicators.

Monitor business performance and maintain financial reports and KPI dashboards.

Identify financial trends, potential risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.

3. Cash Flow & Commercial Finance

Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts, liquidity analysis, and working capital monitoring.

Support financial feasibility studies, business cases, pricing evaluations, and investment analysis.

Evaluate unit economics, financial performance, and profitability across business initiatives.

4. Management Reporting & Business Partnering

Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, management presentations, and performance updates.

Collaborate with various departments to collect, validate, and analyse financial and operational data.

Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support management and strategic decision-making.

5. Business & Product Analytics

Support financial and operational analysis of the company's business models, including SaaS and Rent-to-Own (RTO).

Monitor relevant business metrics, customer conversion, revenue performance, and profitability.

Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and business improvement projects.
