Job summary

ANZ Indonesia is seeking an Associate, Corporate Coverage to support relationships with Large Corporate and Multinational clients in the Greater China corridor. You will drive holistic banking solutions by coordinating with product partners and cross-border teams to grow revenue and strengthen client engagement.

You will daily manage portfolios, pursue new business, and participate in client pitches and deal execution while upholding strict risk and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate banking across segments and industries.
• Working knowledge of lending, FX, cash management, trade finance, treasury products, liquidity solutions, and deposits.
• Strong client relationship management with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to deepen wallet share and grow business.
• Resilient, proactive, and able to adapt to changing business priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Indonesian citizen with native/bilingual proficiency in English & Chinese; other dialects advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the bank’s financial performance through disciplined portfolio management under the Indonesia desk business plan.
• Identify and execute new business and cross-selling opportunities to drive growth and strengthen client engagement.
• Grow and maintain a client portfolio through excellent client experience and disciplined sales practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and ANZ’s network to deepen relationships and drive business growth.
• Work with Product Partners, Risk, and Operations to deliver positive client outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of risk awareness, compliance with KYC/AML, and proper governance.
