PT Sumi Rubber Indonesia (Dunlop) seeks an experienced Environment professional to implement and maintain the ISO 14001 EMS, ensuring regulatory compliance and leading environmental performance initiatives in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Environmental or Chemical Engineering, ISO 14001 auditor certification, and strong leadership. Knowledge of PROPER and SIMPLE portal is essential; carbon neutrality experience is valued.

• Strong knowledge of PROPER system and SIMPLE portal operation.
• Experienced in Carbon Neutral programs and CO₂ (Scope 1, 2, 3) calculation.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS).
• Identify environmental laws and regulations and conduct compliance evaluations.
• Prepare and submit RKL-RPL reports.
• Maintain inventory and oversee waste management per regulations.
• Support the PROPER environmental performance program.
• Develop CO₂ emission reduction initiatives and energy efficiency programs.
• Conduct environmental monitoring and prepare performance reports.
• Identify environmental risks and opportunities; suggest improvements.
• Assist in developing and monitoring environmental KPIs.

Implement and maintain the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with applicable standards and organizational requirements.

Identify applicable environmental laws and regulations, and conduct compliance evaluations to ensure regulatory adherence.

Prepare and submit Environmental Management and Monitoring Plan (RKL-RPL) reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Maintain an inventory and oversee the proper management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste in compliance with environmental regulations.

Implement and support the PROPER environmental performance assessment program to meet applicable environmental performance standards.

Develop and implement CO₂ emission reduction initiatives and energy efficiency programs to support sustainability objectives.

Conduct environmental monitoring activities and prepare environmental performance reports to evaluate compliance and operational performance.

Identify environmental risks and opportunities, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance environmental performance.

Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring environmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support the achievement of environmental targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering.

Min. 5 years as AM Environment or 10 years as Environment Supervisor in manufacturing industry.

Certified ISO 14001 EMS Auditor.

Certified BNSP (PPPA / PPLB3 / PPPU).

Strong knowledge of PROPER system and SIMPLE portal operation.

Experienced in Carbon Neutral programs and CO₂ (Scope 1, 2, 3) calculation.

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
