• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Some financial services experience or financial literacy/qualifications is preferred
• Approximately 10 years' experience in corporate communications, ideally within an agency or corporate
• Strong understanding of the current media landscape, sound news judgement and established relationships with business journalists
• Excellent communication skills, with experience preparing clear, accurate and audience-appropriate media materials under deadline
• Ability to provide practical, considered advice to senior stakeholders, manage a range of technical matters and exercise sound judgement across businesses, functions and regions
• A keen interest in, and practical application of communications-related data analytics and AI
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, respond to changing circumstances and contribute both independently and as part of a team.
