Job summary

Fortress Digital Services is seeking an organized IT Project Management Admin to support the Project Manager in managing Core Banking implementation projects. The role focuses on project administration, coordination, and documentation, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are tracked and reported.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in project admin/PMO, familiarity with IT project lifecycles, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, plus good English communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Project Administration, PMO, Project Coordination, or IT-related roles.
• Familiar with IT project lifecycle and software implementation processes.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in IT, System Integrator, Banking Technology, or Core Banking is preferred.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, documentation, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in project administration, coordination, and documentation.
• Monitor project timeline, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
• Maintain project trackers, issue logs, risk registers, and project documentation.
• Prepare project status reports, presentation materials, and Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
• Coordinate meetings and follow up with internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners.
• Support project activities including SIT, UAT, deployment, migration, go-live, and post-implementation.
• Assist with resource tracking, project billing/invoice documentation, and other project administration as required.
• Ensure project documentation and administrative processes comply with company standards and governance.
