INTIKOM is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee end-to-end application development initiatives in the banking sector. The role focuses on planning, timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination to ensure on-time delivery while adhering to compliance and security standards.

The candidate should have 4+ years of PM experience, familiarity with SDLC, and strong communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency with Jira/Trello or similar tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Experience handling application projects in the banking/financial services industry and loan projects is mandatory.
• Understanding of SDLC (Waterfall/Agile/Scrum).
• Able to effectively manage timelines, scope, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding basic application development concepts (APIs, microservices, system integration) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end application development projects in the banking/financial services industry.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (business, development, QA, vendors) to ensure requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and handle risks, issues, and scope changes.
• Ensure projects comply with compliance and security standards in the banking industry.
• Lead project meetings such as kick-offs, sprint planning, and status reviews.
