PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Coordinator SHE for the Nganjuk facility to oversee safety, health, and environmental programs. You will promote a culture of safety, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in related fields, 3+ years in SHE, and certification. Based in Nganjuk, East Java, you will collaborate with departments and regulators to ensure compliance and incident prevention.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a dedicated SHE role, preferably in food manufacturing or agriculture.
• Certified K3 Umum (General OSH Expert) required by Indonesian Ministry of Manpower.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian SHE regulations and audits.
• Excellent communication and report-presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
