Job summary

Job Summary:

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a dedicated and proactive Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of workplace safety and environmental protection programs at operational sites, ensuring full compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily safety inspections and patrols throughout the facility to identify, assess, and mitigate potential hazards.
• Assist in the execution and documentation of safety inductions, toolbox talks, and SHE training sessions for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Collect, record, and report data regarding waste management (hazardous and non-hazardous), emissions, and water quality in accordance with environmental standards.
• Support the investigation of workplace incidents or near-misses, and assist in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain accurate SHE documentation, permits, and records to support internal and external audits.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) graduate, preferably with a background in Environmental Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Possession of a valid General Occupational Health and Safety (Ahli K3 Umum) certification from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) is highly preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of work experience in an SHE/HSE role, preferably within the manufacturing, feed mill, or food production industry.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Willing to be stationed at the company’s designated operational site.
