Job summary

SUMMARECON SERPONG is seeking a Coordinator - Finance Controller to support budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting for our Serpong operations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and at least two years in real estate or mall sectors, with auditing or cost accounting experience preferred.

You will coordinate daily activities with internal teams and related departments to ensure timely, accurate reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (S1)
• Min 2 years in real estate, shopping mall, or apartment industry
• Auditing or cost accounting experience is an advantage
• Ability to lead, guide, and supervise staff for accurate financial reports
• Coordinate daily operational activities with internal teams and related departments

• Reconcile accounting records with management reporting standards
• Prepare and reconcile sales data with accounting records
