Job summary

SUMMERVILLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is seeking an entry-level Coordinator - Finance & Accounting for Spring Lake Residence in Bekasi. The role involves verifying journal records, vouchers, and bank reconciliations, and handling PPh and PPN tax reporting.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in economics, at least 2 years in finance/accounting for malls or apartments, and be proficient with MS Excel. Willingness to work in Bekasi is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax parking reports, accruals and adjustments of company transactions.
• Coordinate with all subordinates.
