Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung, Tbk in Makassar is seeking a Coordinator for Casual Leasing & Sponsorship to drive revenue through leasing and brand partnerships.

You will identify tenants, negotiate terms, coordinate activities, and monitor performance to ensure targets are met, while building strong relationships with clients and sponsors in the mall environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Casual Leasing, Sponsorship, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or a related role, preferably within the property, mall, retail, or lifestyle industry.
• Good understanding of casual leasing, sponsorship, tenant/brand partnerships, sales strategies, negotiation processes, and commercial deals.
• Proven ability to identify and develop potential tenants, sponsors, and business partners, as well as prepare proposals and deliver presentations to potential clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and analytical thinking skills; target-oriented and able to build long-term relationships with clients and business partners.

• Develop and execute casual leasing and sponsorship strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize commercial opportunities.
• Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential tenants, sponsors, brands, and business partners.
• Prepare and present leasing and sponsorship proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage agreements with clients and partners.
• Coordinate the execution of casual leasing and sponsorship activities, including tenant placement, promotional activities, branding, and event requirements.
• Monitor the performance of casual leasing and sponsorship activities, prepare reports, and evaluate results to ensure target achievement and maintain strong relationships with clients.
