Ajaib's COO Office is seeking proactive and strategic individuals to join our team in Jakarta. You will work closely with the COO and executives to support operational functions, drive initiatives, facilitate decision-making, and ensure execution of corporate strategies.

Responsibilities include designing strategies, conducting analyses, managing special projects, preparing executive materials, and monitoring industry trends to inform direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or executive support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
