Experienced Freelance Controls & Automation Engineer specializing in industrial automation, machine control systems, drive technology, and process optimization. Proven expertise in PLC programming, motion control, industrial communication networks, machine safety, and troubleshooting within highly automated production environments. Strong track record of improving machine performance, reducing cycle times, optimizing positioning accuracy, and ensuring reliable operation through systematic diagnostics and continuous technical improvements.

Minimum Requirement:

3 years of experience of managing integrating automation projects
Fluent in Chinese is a must

Rapid interpretation of electrical schematics (EPLAN and similar systems).
Systematic fault finding in control cabinets using measurement equipment such as multimeters and diagnostic tools.
Efficient identification and resolution of electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues.

Cycle Time Optimization

Fine-tuning of control algorithms, motion profiles, and process parameters to maximize throughput while minimizing wear and downtime.
Continuous performance analysis and implementation of efficiency improvements in automated production systems.
