Job summary

PT SMART Tbk is seeking a Trade Controller on a 1-year contract to support the Commercial Trading team with advisory, decision support, and implementation of system and process changes.

You will ensure accurate recording of all transactions and perform daily and monthly mark-to-market P&L reporting, liaising with Trade Control Singapore on consolidation impacts, and preparing monthly presentations for the Trading Steering Committee.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• Working experience minimal 2 years in the related field is preferred
• Preferably experienced as a Supervisor/Coordinator specializing in Financial - General/Cost Accounting, system and procedures, or equivalent
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Trading team for business advisory, decision support, system and process changes implementation
• Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly
• Perform daily and monthly mark-to-market profit and loss reporting
• Liaise with the Trade Control Singapore on local business changes impacting the consolidation process
• Prepare and deliver presentations to the Trading Steering Committee on a monthly basis
