PT DBG Technology Indonesia in Batam is seeking an experienced Production Clerk to join our operations team on a contract basis. You will support production scheduling, maintain records, and facilitate communication between production and management.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a manufacturing setting, is proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular), and has basic English or Mandarin. Senior high school or diploma or above is acceptable.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Production Clerk, Production Assistant, or Admin Clerk (manufacturing experience preferred).
• Proficient in basic computer operation and Microsoft Office (Excel for data entry, formatting, and report generation).
• Basic proficiency in English or Mandarin.

Responsabilidades

• Data Management & Maintenance: Collect, update, and maintain daily production reports and relevant manufacturing data into the system.
• Attendance Tracking & HR Liaison: Track attendance, leave, and overtime, coordinating with HR/GA for verification.
• Production Administrative Support: Assist Production Supervisor/Manager with daily administrative tasks including office supplies and filing.
• Cross-Departmental Communication: Maintain clear communication with HR, GA, and other departments for operational alignment.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
