Job summary

PT Arnott's Indonesia in Bekasi is seeking a Continuous Improvement Executive to lead process and operational excellence in manufacturing. You will conduct regular audits, partner with cross‑functional teams, and develop metrics to quantify improvement results.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing engineering and 2–5 years’ experience in CI, TPM, or Lean manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, operational excellence, engineering, TPM, or Lean.
• Experience leading or facilitating improvement projects; TPM implementation preferred.
• Knowledge of FI, PM, MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and manufacturing loss analysis.
• Proficient in Lean, TPM, Kaizen, A3, PDCA, DMAIC and structured problem solving.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Minitab is an advantage.
• Good facilitation, coaching, presentation, and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Excellence: conduct regular operational audits to identify improvement opportunities and quantify results.
• Operational Excellence Program: support TPM deployment and track CI performance with governance routines.
• Training & Coaching: lead CI projects using Lean, TPM, Kaizen, A3, PDCA, and DMAIC; develop training materials and sessions.
