Job summary

Job Description

Video production (about 50%)

• Shoot and edit short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, plus longer-form content for YouTube and campaigns, including colour-grading, sound design, captions and motion graphics.
• Film product showcases, unboxing content, customer stories, store openings, events and brand partnerships on location.
• Collaborate with the content team on scripts, storyboards and shot lists before each shoot.

Photography (about 35%)

• Shoot and retouch product photos for e-commerce listings, social posts, ads and CRM campaigns, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Photograph stores, team members, events and lifestyle scenes for brand and PR use.
• Prepare images in the correct sizes and formats for each channel.

Asset management and coordination (about 15%)

• Plan shoot schedules, locations, props and talent with the content team.
• Maintain the photo and video library with clear naming, tagging and backups; manage camera, lighting and audio equipment.
• Brief freelancers and KOL partners on visual standards when required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a videographer and/or photographer; experience in retail, e-commerce, consumer tech or agency work is a plus.
• Portfolio showing both product photography and short‑form social video.
• Strong skill with cameras, lenses, lighting and audio gear.
• Hands‑on editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom and Photoshop; CapCut is a plus.
• Good eye for composition, lighting and current social video trends.
• Able to travel to stores and events across Jakarta and other cities.
• Organised, reliable on deadlines, and comfortable working in a small team.
