Job summary

PT. MADRE INDO GARMENT is seeking a creative Videographer and Video Editor to produce engaging content for marketing and branding.

You will shoot product and event footage, edit for TikTok, Reels, Shopee, and Meta Ads, and develop visual concepts that drive sales. You should be proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve, understand lighting and sound, and be able to work independently and with the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a videographer, editor, or similar role.
• Portfolio of videos previously created.
• Willing to work full-time on-site at company premises and other locations as needed.
• Familiar with fashion, apparel, or work uniform video content is a plus.

We are seeking a creative Videographer & Video Editor with strong visual capabilities who can produce engaging video content for the company's marketing and branding needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct video recording of products, models, production activities, and company events
• Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shopee, and Meta Ads
• Create promotional, educational, storytelling, and company branding video content
• Develop visual ideas, camera angles, and video hook variations for advertising needs
• Perform video recording with attention to lighting, composition, audio, and visual quality
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with marketing targets
• Manage and organize footage files and company video assets
• Ensure all production results are completed on schedule and meet quality standards

About you

• Experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or similar position
• Able to operate video editing applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Understanding of basic videography techniques, lighting, composition, and audio
• Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and digital video advertising trends
• Creativity, initiative, and ability to work to deadlines
• Able to work independently and collaborate with team members
• Must provide a portfolio of videos previously created
• Willing to work full-time and conduct shooting at company premises and other locations as needed
• Experience creating video content for fashion, apparel, or work uniform products is a plus
• Understanding of storytelling, visual copywriting, and sales-oriented video advertising
