Job summary

Arya Noble, Indonesia’s first Intelligent Derma Beauty investment and strategic holdings company, invites applications for a Social Media Content Specialist. This role supports editorial plans, content calendars, and collaboration with internal and external partners across campaigns and brands.

The ideal candidate will bring a degree in marketing or related field and 1–2 years in social media or content creation, with a preference for beauty or FMCG experience.

• Develop editorial plans based on campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Maintain good relations with internal and external parties to achieve operational & business goals.
• Develop, execute, and review content across social media accounts to ensure alignment with editorial plans and brand messaging.

• Develop,execute,andreviewcontentacrosssocialmediaaccountstoensurealignmentwithapprovededitorialplans,campaignguidelines,brandmessaging,andqualitystandardsbeforepublication.
• Manageaudienceinteractionsacrosssocialmediaplatformstoimproveengagementandcommunityloyalty.
• Managecontentassets,publishingschedules,campaigndocumentation,andadministrativerequirementstosupportcontentoperations.
