GINGERBALI is seeking a hands-on Content Creation & Social Media Manager to own daily digital presence across social channels, email, and ecommerce platforms.

You will plan, shoot, edit, design, publish, and engage with our audience, coordinating photoshoots and collaborations to maintain a consistent brand voice. This role requires independent work and close collaboration with marketing and operations to drive growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing social media for fashion/lifestyle/retail/design-led brand.
• Strong visual eye and ability to translate brand identity into content.
• Independent content creation including photo, video, editing, publishing.
• Graphic design skills for digital and print materials.
• Understanding of ecommerce product photography and catalogue content.
• Experience with email marketing/CRM platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
• Experience managing influencer/KOL collaborations and reporting.
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects.
• Can work independently while collaborating with marketing and operations teams.

Aufgaben

• Manage and grow presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Own content production from concept through shooting, editing, and publishing.
• Coordinate photoshoots including photographers, styling, locations, and production needs.
• Respond to DMs, comments, and customer messages promptly and on-brand.
• Plan and coordinate campaign and catalogue photoshoots and production requirements.
• Produce product photography and catalogue imagery for ecommerce channels and marketplaces.
• Create marketing and design materials for digital and offline channels.
• Identify, approach, and manage influencer partnerships with campaigns and reports.
• Prepare regular performance reports on social growth, engagement, content performance, and response times.
• Distribute customer newsletters using email/CRM platforms.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels.
