Job summary

Ricu's Secret, a health and wellness brand by PT Ricu Perkasa Utama, is seeking a Content Creator to produce engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee. This on-site role in the Cibubur/Bogor area requires confident on-camera presence and proficiency with CapCut or similar tools.

You will lead content ideation, guide junior teammates, monitor analytics, and collaborate with marketing and design to align content with brand goals.

• Minimum 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome with a strong portfolio.

• Develop long-term content strategies and lead brainstorming sessions to keep up with trends.

Launched in 2019 under PT Ricu Perkasa Utama, the brand is committed to helping people achieve sustainable health goals through safe, effective, and enjoyable daily routines.

Requirements:

Proficient in video editing using CapCut or similar tools.

Confident appearing on camera as talent/content creator.

Up-to-date with social media trends and content formats.

Able to collaborate with the team on content strategy and creative ideas.

Capable of creating UGC-style content such as unboxing, reviews, and lifestyle videos.

Core Responsibilities

Strategy & Ideation:
