TNP Group is seeking a Content Creator Intern to join our team and produce engaging short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels. You’ll work on multiple videos per day and help shape parenting content for Mooimom, Mugu, and MomCozy.

This paid internship offers a hybrid work model with a communication allowance and performance-based commissions for standout results. Ideal for an undergrad in Marketing or Communications who loves trends and storytelling.

Qualifications

Undergraduate or final-year student in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
Active user of TikTok or Instagram Reels, with interest in trends.

Responsibilities

Create and edit daily short-form videos (TikTok/Reels)
Research trending sounds, concepts, and challenges and remix them into content ideas
Write quick, catchy scripts or outlines for mom and baby content
Shoot and edit videos using a smartphone (CapCut or similar)
Collaborate with departments to refine creative direction and maintain content quality
Monitor engagement metrics and improve accordingly
