Job summary

Qbrix is seeking creative Content Creators for TikTok and Instagram. Join as a fresh, beginner-friendly role focused on crafting engaging short-form video content to boost brand awareness and engagement.

You will produce at least 10 videos per month, follow trends, narrate relatable stories, and collaborate weekly with the team. Compensation is performance-based with opportunities to grow and be featured on the main account.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates / beginners are welcome.
Active on TikTok and Instagram.
Comfortable appearing in videos.
Willing to use personal or niche social media accounts as public.
Able to post minimum 10 videos per month.
Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with social media trends.
Able to work independently and consistently.
Passionate about content creation and social media growth.

Responsibilities

Create engaging short-form content for TikTok and Instagram.
Produce a minimum of 10 videos per month.
Develop creative and relatable content based on assigned content angles and trends.
Follow social media trends and adapt formats into Qbrix content.
Build audience engagement through entertaining storytelling.
Submit weekly performance reports (views, reach, engagement).
Collaborate with Qbrix team for content planning and review.
Participate in weekly content review and training sessions.
