TNP Group is seeking a Content Creator Intern to fuel our short-form video output, producing 5 videos daily for TikTok and Instagram Reels while shaping relatable mom-and-baby storytelling. This role involves researching trends, scripting quick concepts, and filming with a smartphone.

This paid internship offers hybrid work with occasional office visits, a communication allowance, and a performance-based commission for standout results.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or final-year student in Marketing or Communications.
• Active user of TikTok or Instagram Reels; enjoys exploring trends.
• Basic video editing using mobile apps like CapCut or similar.
• Comfortable in front of the camera for mom & baby content.
• Willing to work full-time (hybrid).
• Attach a portfolio showcasing previous content creation work.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit daily short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) that align with brand tone and goals.
• Research trending sounds, concepts, and challenges and remix them into creative content ideas.
• Write quick scripts or outlines for relatable mom and baby content.
• Shoot and edit videos using your own smartphone (CapCut or similar).
• Collaborate with other departments to refine creative direction and maintain content quality.
• Monitor engagement metrics to understand what works and continuously improve.
