Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 1+ year in content creation, social media, or digital marketing; fresh grads with internships welcome.
• Strong interest in automotive industry; prior automotive experience is a plus.
• Confident on camera with good communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Proficient with Canva and CapCut; understands social media trends and content metrics.
• Portfolio submission is mandatory for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end content across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok).
• Create engaging content including short-form videos, reels, reviews, campaigns, and educational content.
• Support digital marketing by developing campaigns to increase brand awareness and reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end content creation, including content planning, ideation, copywriting, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing across social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Create engaging and creative content, including short-form videos, reels, product reviews, promotional campaigns, and educational content, while confidently appearing on camera when required.
• Support digital marketing initiatives by developing social media campaigns, promotional content, and creative strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and reach.
• Monitor social media trends, conduct basic audience and competitor research, and analyze content performance metrics to identify opportunities and optimize future content strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop relevant content aligned with brand identity and business objectives, ensuring content quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in exploring the automotive industry; prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera, with good communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Proficient in basic content creation and editing tools such as Canva and CapCut, with a good understanding of social media trends, digital marketing, and content performance metrics.
• Portfolio submission is mandatory for consideration. Only candidates who submit a portfolio will be shortlisted.
