Seven Retail seeks a Content Creator to craft conversion-focused Meta Ads and compelling content for audience engagement in Jakarta. The role emphasizes performance-driven creative development, research-backed storytelling, and collaboration with the Performance Marketing team to deliver high-quality assets.

You will write scripts, craft hooks, and refine campaigns based on metrics, working with video, design, and copy teams to hit lead-generation goals and brand standards across lifestyle

Qualifications

• Experience creating high-performing content for digital ads across platforms.
• Portfolio showing measurable results from Meta Ads campaigns.
• Ability to tell stories and write copy that drives engagement and conversions.
• Strong understanding of CTR, CPL, hook rate, and conversion metrics.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in marketing and creative.
• Experience with consumer brands in parenting, education, or lifestyle is a plus

• Develop strategic, conversion-focused creative concepts for Meta Ads that support lead generation and overall marketing objectives.
• Conduct audience, market, and competitor research to create relevant, insight-driven content that resonates with target customers.
• Write compelling ad scripts, hooks, messaging, and calls-to-action optimized for direct-response advertising and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with videographers, editors, graphic designers, and the Performance Marketing team to produce high-quality creative assets from concept to execution.
• Direct on-screen talents during production and review creative assets to ensure alignment with campaign goals, brand standards, and quality expectations.
• Analyze creative performance, develop multiple content variations, and continuously optimize assets based on key advertising metrics and campaign insights.

Your Day-to-Day

• Develop strategic, conversion-focused creative concepts for Meta Ads that support lead generation and overall marketing objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Creative Strategist, Performance Creative, or a similar role focused on digital advertising.
• Proven experience developing high-performing creative content for Meta Ads, with a portfolio demonstrating measurable campaign results.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, direct-response advertising, and creative optimization based on metrics such as CTR, CPL, Hook Rate, and Conversion Rate.
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative ideation skills with the ability to craft content that drives engagement and conversions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Performance Marketing, Design, Video Production, and Creative teams, throughout the content development process.
• Experience in parenting, education, kids, lifestyle, or other consumer-focused brands is a strong advantage.
