FAAST Penerbangan mencari Content Creator untuk bergabung dengan tim Marketing & Communications di Yogyakarta. Posisi penuh waktu ini berperan penting dalam membangun dan menjaga kehadiran merek di berbagai platform digital.

Anda akan mengembangkan konten yang autentik dan resonan dengan audiens, mengarahkan kesadaran merek, dan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan serta posisi pasar perusahaan. Pengalaman luas dalam pembuatan konten dan kemampuan bahasa Indonesia–Inggris menjadi nilai tambah.

Qualifications

• Pengalaman sebagai Content Creator atau peran serupa di industri perjalanan/penerbangan diutamakan.
• Portofolio dengan berbagai format konten: postingan media sosial, video, grafis, dan konten tulisan.
• Proaktif, bisa bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim di lingkungan yang cepat berubah.
• Menguasai alat konten seperti Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, dan alat manajemen media sosial.

Responsibilities

• Mengembangkan konten berkualitas untuk berbagai kanal digital seperti media sosial, blog, video, dan situs web.
• Menyusun rencana konten (content calendar) selaras dengan kampanye pemasaran dan objektif bisnis.
• Melakukan riset tren industri, preferensi audiens, dan strategi konten pesaing untuk arah kreatif.
• Berkolaborasi dengan tim pemasaran untuk menjaga konsistensi pesan merek dan identitas visual.
• Membuat konten tulisan, visual, dan multimedia yang sesuai segmen audiens dan platform.
• Memantau metrik kinerja konten dan memberikan wawasan untuk optimasi jangkauan.
• Memelihara hubungan dengan influencer, mitra, dan kreator eksternal untuk distribusi konten.
• Selalu update dengan algoritma media sosial, platform baru, dan tren konten agar konten tetap relevan.
• Menyunting konten untuk kualitas, konsistensi, dan kepatuhan panduan merek.

About the role

FAAST Penerbangan is seeking a talented Content Creator to join our Marketing & Communications team in Yogyakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in building and maintaining our brand presence across multiple digital platforms. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging, authentic content that resonates with our audience and drives brand awareness. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work at the intersection of creativity and strategy, contributing directly to the company's growth and market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, create and produce high-quality content across multiple digital channels including social media, blogs, videos and websites
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives
• Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences and competitor content strategies to inform creative direction
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all content platforms
• Produce engaging written, visual and multimedia content tailored to different audience segments and platforms
• Monitor content performance metrics and provide insights to optimise engagement and reach
• Manage relationships with influencers, partners and external creators to expand content distribution
• Stay updated on social media algorithms, emerging platforms and content trends to keep content fresh and relevant
• Edit and refine content to ensure quality, consistency and compliance with brand guidelines

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Content Strategist or similar marketing communications role, preferably within the travel, aviation or hospitality industry
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating diverse content formats including social media posts, videos, graphics and long-form written content
• Proficiency with content creation tools and platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software and social media management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices for maximising engagement
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate original, innovative ideas and think outside the box
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve content performance
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimisation techniques is advantageous
• Knowledge of the aviation or travel industry would be beneficial
