Merah Cipta Media, PT is seeking a creative content creator in Jakarta to develop and manage editorial plans and produce engaging social media content across platforms.

You will translate ideas into compelling content, maintain brand voice, and lead end-to-end content production, including photos and video, with a keen eye for detail.

• Develop and manage the content editorial plan in alignment with communication objectives and content calendar.
• Create and execute engaging photo, video, and written content for social media and digital platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end content production process, from ideation and production to editing and publishing.
• Conduct event coverage for events and activities organized by the BODF, including on-site photo and video documentation.
• Prepare captions, copy, and supporting content materials, while ensuring consistency with the brand voice and content standards.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, preferably for social media and digital platforms.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and current trends.
• Strong visual taste and content sense, with the ability to create engaging and relevant social media content.
• Creative, proactive, and able to translate ideas into compelling content.
• Have a strong eye for detail and ensure high-quality, polished content.
