Job summary

VIVERE Group is seeking a dedicated Construction Safety Officer to join our Bogor team. The role focuses on ensuring all construction activities comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements, protecting personnel on site.

You will develop, implement, and monitor site safety programs, conduct regular inspections, and provide training to the workforce, with AK3 Umum certification preferred and strong reporting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Safety Officer in construction.
• Knowledge of Indonesian OHS regulations and best practices.
• AK3 Umum certification preferred.
• Strong hazard assessment and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the site-specific HSE plan.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; document findings.
• Provide safety orientation and ongoing training to site personnel.
• Ensure proper PPE use and adherence to safety procedures.
