Job summary

Sinar Mas Land seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage major development projects in Indonesia. The role requires ensuring adherence to design, specifications, costs, and quality standards, while coordinating with planning teams and site inspectors.

The candidate will monitor progress from initiation to completion, manage material usage, and provide regular status updates. Strong leadership and communication are essential to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 6+ years PM experience, or 2 years in the field; property/developer sector preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the property industry and project management.
• Willingness to visit project sites.
• Good communication and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and implement project development per design, specs, cost and quality standards.
• Monitor project development from start to finish and address issues.
• Ensure materials meet specifications and advise planning if discrepancies arise.
• Deliver products to consumers.
• Produce weekly reports on progress of project activities.
• Monitor and check reports from inspectors.
• Oversee receipt and availability of construction drawings.

• Responsible for the schedule and implementation of project development in accordance with the design, specifications, costs, and quality standards that have been set.
• Monitor project development from start to finish and deal with problems that arise.
• Ensure the use of materials in accordance with predetermined specifications, and provide recommendations to the planning party in the event of material discrepancies.
• Responsible for delivering products to consumers.
• Produce/Create weekly reports on the progress of project development activities on a regular basis.
• Monitor and check reports and work from inspectors.
• Monitor and ensure receipt and availability of working drawings (for Construction drawings).

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture major.
• Minimum 6 years experience in Project Management, or 2 years experience in same field, preferably in Property & Developer Company.
• Must have excellent knowledge of property industry and project management.
• Willing to make visits to projects.
• Good communication and supervisory skills.
