Job summary

DAMAC Digital is seeking an experienced Data Center Fit Out Project Manager to lead complex white space fit-out programs, from planning through handover, ensuring execution on time and within budget.

The role involves coordinating MEP interfaces, liaising with clients and contractors, managing risks and quality, and driving documentation for scalable data center infrastructure. Strong leadership and coordination across disciplines are essential.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of data center fit-out projects, managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and fulfilment of requirements.
• MEP Coordination: Collaborate closely with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams to ensure integration of critical systems such as power distribution, HVAC, Life Safety and Commissioning.
• Controls Integration: Lead integration of building management systems (BMS) and critical controls to optimize operational efficiencies, energy consumption, and environmental monitoring.
• Liquid Cooling Solutions: Implement and manage advanced cooling solutions, including liquid cooling systems, to enhance data center efficiency and performance.
• Budget Management: Prepare, track, and manage project budgets, ensuring all financial aspects of the project are aligned with goals.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety compliance.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and updates for stakeholders.
