Job summary

PT Amertec Eraplast is seeking an Accounting Staff to join our finance team. The role involves recording daily transactions, preparing monthly reports, and managing AP/AR to ensure accurate financial records.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in Finance & Accounting, EPC/MEP/MEI/Construction sector experience, strong Excel skills, and hands-on use of Accurate accounting software. Knowledge of VAT and withholding taxes is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Experience in EPC/MEP/MEI/Construction industries is required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Accurate).

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and accounting journal entries.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliations; assist in budgeting and cash flow monitoring.
• Handle tax administration (VAT and withholding taxes).
• Coordinate with project teams regarding project-related expenses.
