Park Hyatt Jakarta is seeking a Concierge Team Leader to lead the guest services team with a focus on personalized service and brand standards. You will coordinate with Front Desk, Sales, Housekeeping and Security to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will have Indonesian nationality with hospitality or business degree, at least 1 year in a 5-star international hotel, and strong leadership with excellent English communication and a guest-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Indonesian nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in a 5-star International Hotel Chain.
• Experience in luxury hotel or international exposure is a plus.
• Strong leadership, business acumen and guest service mindset.
• Excellent English communication and people management skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure brand standards are implemented and guest expectations met.
• Handle and distribute guest emails, messages, mail, faxes, and parcels.
• Attend promptly to guest requests and requirements.
• Provide speedy, accurate telephone and message service.
• Coordinate communication between Concierge, Front Desk, Sales, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security.
• Ensure Touches of Hyatt and Rooms Top 20 are implemented.
• Work with other teams to support hotel goals and guest satisfaction.
• Be flexible to redeploy to other departments as required.

Summary

• Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate.
• Ensures all guests' emails, messages, mail, faxes and parcels are handled and distributed promptly.
• Ensures that all guest requests and requirements are attended promptly and handled in the correct manner.
• Ensures speedy, accurate and efficient telephone and message service at all times.
• Ensures communication and co-ordination of all Departments, with particular emphasize on the interactions between (but not limited) Concierge and Front Desk, Sales, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Telephone, Security are smooth and efficient.
• Assists in making sure that all Touches of Hyatt and the Rooms Top 20 have been implemented.
• Works closely with other team leaders in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
• Work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
• Work in a supportive and flexible manner with other Front Office Team in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
• Ensures that all guest details are entered correctly in accordance with the principles of clean data.
• To be flexible in your job function and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you, including redeployment to other departments/areas if required, in order to meet business demands and guest service needs.

Qualifications

• Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management
• Has minimum 1 (One) yearexperience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
• Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
• Strong in leadership and business acumen
• Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
