Job summary

Panin Dai-ichi Life is seeking a junior Regulatory Compliance Support role in Jakarta. The position focuses on assisting the Compliance team with regulations, filing, documentation, audits, and training to ensure adherence to insurance rules.

The ideal candidate holds a law degree with semester 7 or 8, demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills, and can work accurately and efficiently. Prior exposure to insurance regulations is a plus.

• Bachelor degree in law with semester 7 or 8 completed.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, administrative capabilities, and accuracy.
• Current students are not actively attending lectures.
• Basic understanding of insurance regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance Support: assist the compliance team in researching and analyzing regulations.
• Interaction and Filing: support coordination, interaction, and filing with relevant departments for Self-Assessment Reports.
• Documentation: help prepare and archive documents for regulatory compliance.
• Internal Audit: assist in conducting internal audits to ensure adherence to regulations.
